Refund & Replacement Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products and our partner-brand fulfillment model, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Changes of mind
• Incorrect sizing
• Incorrect color or product selection
• Accidental orders
• Products that are no longer wanted

Please carefully review your order, including product selection, size, color, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damaged or defective item and, when applicable, the packaging

We will review the issue and work with the appropriate fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed, the item may be replaced or otherwise resolved at no additional cost to you, subject to the applicable partner brand's policies.

We are committed to making sure you receive the products you ordered in the condition they were intended to arrive.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

We will review the issue and work with the applicable partner brand to determine the appropriate resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are sent to fulfillment after purchase and may not be able to be canceled once processing has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

PARTNER BRAND POLICIES

STR8OUTTAMEMPHIS works with 50+ partner brands, and certain products may be subject to additional brand-specific warranty, return, or replacement policies.

Where applicable, those policies may apply in addition to this policy.
