Thank you for shopping with STR8OUTTAMEMPHIS. We partner with 50+ firefighter brands to bring you thousands of products in one place. Because products may be fulfilled by different brand partners, your order may ship from multiple locations.

Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple with one standard shipping rate for U.S. orders:

• $14.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $150
• FREE shipping on orders $150+

The $150 free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal before applicable taxes and after discounts.

We use a single shipping rate rather than charging customers separate shipping fees when an order contains products from multiple partner brands.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Products fulfilled directly by our partner brands may have different processing times.

Shipping Times

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes approximately 5–8 business days after an order has been processed.

Custom items such as leather goods, radio straps, tools & gear, etc. may take longer depending on supplier and lead times.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Shipping destination
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Seasonal demand
• Order volume
• Partner fulfillment times

Once an order has been shipped, transit and delivery are handled by the shipping carrier and are outside of STR8OUTTAMEMPHIS's direct control.

Multiple Shipments

Because STR8OUTTAMEMPHIS works with multiple partner brands, products in the same order may be fulfilled and shipped separately.

This means one order may arrive in multiple packages and may have multiple tracking numbers.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because your order ships in multiple packages.

Your checkout shipping charge remains:

$14.99 for orders under $150
FREE for orders $150+

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers as each shipment is fulfilled.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Partner Brand Fulfillment

Many products on STR8OUTTAMEMPHIS are fulfilled directly by our partner brands.

Because of this, processing times, carriers, tracking updates, packaging, and fulfillment locations may vary between products.

If a product has a specific processing or shipping estimate listed on its product page, that estimate may apply to that product.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed and additional carrier charges may apply.

STR8OUTTAMEMPHIS is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps and, when applicable, help you work with the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.

International Shipping

Only US Destinations are applicable. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery Delays

We work to provide accurate processing and delivery estimates, but delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier disruptions
• Holidays and seasonal volume
• Customs delays
• Other unforeseen circumstances
