The belt tool ring is designed to be used with a GUT belt or integrated bunker belt and is comprised of 1 1/2" webbing with a loop to go over the belt and a metal ring with a 3 1/2" inside diameter to fit an axe or halligan bar. The belt tool ring allows the firefighter a hands-free option for carrying a tool. This is beneficial for maintaining 3 points of contact while climbing a ladder or during high rise operations when multiple pieces of equipment need to be carried up several flights of stairs.
